My husband and I both went to the Gypsum Costco for eye exams. The is a tele doc for eye exam. Both of our prescriptions were incorrect. We had to fall back on old prescriptions and get Ellington to change them so our glasses could be redone by Costco. Total waste of time and money. Go to an in person optometrist or ophthalmologist.

Jasmine initially worked with me and it was smooth as butter, what a sweet heart. Next, Dr. Evans was great; super sharp and answered everything with ease. Both were a great lead into buying glasses/frames at costco; Jenifer behind the desk literally made my day- so helpful, personable, knowledgeable and concerned for all I was hoping for. I have searched for solid optical help that does not have dollar signs in their twinkling eyes. Could not have gone better!!
