This review are for the nurses who call my phone, but never leave a message as to why they're calling. If I miss a call and try to call back, I'm having to deal with a call center who ask one too many questions when all I'm trying to do is reach the particular office/ nurse who called my phone, but didn't leave a message as to why or providing a direct number i could call to find out why... This is has happened on more than a few occasions, and it's truly frustrating that these nurses are so unprofessional. I understand wanting to get through your work day with ease, but you're dealing with people's health here. No one should have to jump through hoops to find out why a doctor's office is calling them in the first place regarding their health. And this is coming from someone who works in healthcare.

The Receptionist, & MA that took the vitals had no customer service whatsoever no personality the Receptionist look like an Eskimo in 100° shot of pickle jacket on the only person there that was professional and said hello and introduced yourself was a the NP- as a previous office manager in the DENTAL field, don’t understand how management and the supervisors have them working with those ethics, lousy ethics

Don’t even think about coming here at this Elm clinica sierra vista. If I can give a 0 star rating I would. The little girl receptionist told me I had to be 15min early on my appointment if I wanted to get seen when knowing dam well they take almost an hour to get checked up and seen by the Dr. I showed up on time for my appointment, drove 20min from where I live just to get told I can’t get seen anymore and that I lost my spot for not coming in 15min early?? Make it make sense, they’ll still have you waiting for almost an hour, like the appointment is useless and they just don’t care and make you waste your time here, they also messed up on my girlfriend’s insurance coverage and she was going to have to pay almost 1500 to get that xray checked until the nurse at the hospital upfront said they didn’t ran her insurance coverage through so she wanted to do the right thing and let her know before getting those xrays done or she would’ve have to paid without her even knowing. Shame on y’all, do better!

Absolutely horrible pediatric waiting area and staff. Was told my appointment would be considered missed if I showed up less than 15mins early than was left in the waiting room for an hour until I finally complained. Please explain to me why anyone would think it’s a good idea to make appointments for children knowing you’re going to be on lunch during that time. Now I’m sitting in a room at this point an extra 15mins past the hour I’ve already been waiting for a single shot for my child 🤦🏻‍♀️ I used to love this place and it’s been a horrible experience every single time I go now
