Got my granddaughters glasses here and they have needed some adjustments. Never had a problem. The girls were always eager to help CELIA and SAMANTHA. They are great at promoting Walmart’s wellness event. I got a flyer today and they were super excited about the promotion going on And I got invited personally I thought that was great and my granddaughter was so happy Thank you
Gabriella & Sam really saved my day. Walked on my glasses couldn’t use them. They adjusted my glasses and helped with another purchase. This extra pair I’ll use for sewing. Anyway my experience was really good and they were wonderful in all their suggestions. Much appreciated. Martha
Their customer service is always phenomenal, I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. Celia, Sam and Leticia are always welcoming and I appreciate them making my visits pleasant.
I live out of the area and stopped in because I needed my glasses repaired. Eli was awesome! Efficient, professional, friendly, definitely five stars! I had tried to unsuccessfully repair them with my kit, but he was able to help right away! I'm so glad that I didn't have to get a replacement pair just yet. Thank you!
Just got my glasses fixed! Lady was upfront about policy for breaking them but I never worry, they are careful and clean them as well. Always come here to get my glasses fixed whether it’s a missing screw or broken wire. Fast, professional, & friendly. 👍🏽
