Emily Harper OD Next To Walmart

I made an eye appointment with this office in person in January and provided my insurance card information at the time of making the appointment and asked directly if they take my insurance and was assured that they did. They were booked up months in advance, but I went ahead and made the appointment. 5 months later my appointment rolls around and I was contacted 2 days before to ask for my insurance again and I provided. I showed up for the appointment today that I have waited months for only to be told that they don't take my insurance. I wish that I could charge this office a fee for wasting 5 months of my time. Meanwhile, I'm still blind as a bat, but money hungry offices like this could care less. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.

Dr. Harper is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She knows what she's talking about, and she and her staff are super friendly. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

It's been a long time since I've really had a mind blowing experience, but after finding out that I can't get an appointment for an eye exam until August? Well that's just..... Who waits for 2 or 3 months to get an exam? I just wish I hadn't waited so late in the day, or I could have just gone anywhere else, and had it done today. Even if I had to drive to Gallatin, or Lebanon, or even Nashville it's still better than waiting 2 to 3 months. That's just ridiculous.

Dr Emily is amazing. So loving kind and knowledgeable. She's a blessing to all her patients.

Cannot praise Dr.Emily enough!! She fit me in as a new patient on a 30 minute notice, and came by the office on her day off to make sure my injured eye was taken care of. She is an amazing doctor, I 10/10 recommend her. Cannot thank her enough for being a great doctor and so caring!!
