I arrived early and was taken early. The staff was very polite and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable and understood the testing procedures that were being done before seeing the Dr. They gave suggestions when selecting frames and informing me of my insurance coverage. I made the appointment with the Dr I had the previous year. He was able to look at my previous charts and determine if anything changed and knew my previous charts. He's very polite and he has a great way of making you feel comfortable and informed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to this location. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and informative. I appreciated the seamless coordination with the doctor and loved having the freedom to explore and choose my perfect frames. Madeline provided exceptional service; she was incredibly patient, sweet, and honest and took the time to recommend styles and explain the entire process. I highly recommend this location!

I strongly advise anyone considering this Visionworks location to take their business elsewhere. My husband recently had an extremely disappointing experience that reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff was completely unacceptable and far below what anyone should expect from a healthcare provider. The interaction with Milla was unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. She was unable to assist with a simple request and then attempted to put us on hold where we heard her discuss our situation with other colleagues in a manner that resulted in mockery and audible laughter. What was further disappointing was that the concerns raised during our interaction were not taken seriously, even after management became involved. The lack of accountability from both staff and management was deeply disappointing. It is clear this location has little concern for the customer experience. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, based on our experience, those standards were not met at this location. There are many other eye care providers that value their patients and provide far better service. I would not recommend this Visionworks location as the staff are unhelpful and mock, disrespect and humiliate their customers.

Went back to get my prescription changed, because after a week I couldn’t adjust to my glasses. I told the women helping me about my issues and she undermined what I was sharing. I understand she has experience but saying to me “do you think we are wrong” in a mocking tone was completely unprofessional. I was able to get my glasses changed at the end and it ended up better for my vision. The Dr and everyone else was great it was just one person in particular.

The staff was kind, fast, and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They make you feel like you're the only customer each time, and they're relatable, helping ensure you get the service you need. I dislike how horrible the parking is around the area. However, the location is amazing, the staff goes above and beyond. Also they have great selection of eyewear.
