Empire Visionworks did a great job working with our schedules. We loved the Saturday option for our appointment, and didn't mind the virtual visit with the eye doctor. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job guiding us through our insurance and even made some great suggestions for mine, and my husband's frames! We also love that they could get my husband and I in on the same day with back to back appointments. Thank you Empire Visionworks for a great eye examine experience! 😊

Services were fast, polite. My only complaint is the selection of women's frames. 99% were of thick ugly plastic frames that are dark colored. Most of these are made for small narrow faces. There were a very small limited selection of wire frames of different designs. I wish walmart took our insurance as they have a superb selection of frames thst don't mainly consist of big thick pladtic frames.
I recently had my eye appointment at the Visionworks in Corning. The associates are outstanding and very knowledgeable and polite. My only disappointment came when I discovered that the employees are not allowed to sit down while at the front desk. This is a pointless office rule!!! These employees deserve to be able to sit down.
Wonderful eye doctor. Associates are always a hit and miss with the customer service. Last phone conversation was great went right with the correct procedure in setting appointment!
Never go here!! I brought in my newly purchased expensive glasses after complaining of headaches and blurred vision. The technician treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and completely disregarded my concerns. She told me that the new prescription was not much different than my old one and that the size of the lenses was the culprit. I told her I wanted to go back to my old prescription but I received pushback and she told me that the eye doctor would have to approve it. Very poor customer service. The 100 day guarantee is a joke. Avoid this place at all costs!
