Hello, I just called and left voicemail messages regarding the snowbanks that have been piled into the handicap access space next to the nail and smoothie businesses. I am a wheelchair user and rely on an accessible vehicle lift to safely enter and exit my vehicle. At this time, the snow has been pushed directly into the only handicap parking spaces serving this area, completely blocking access. Because of this, I am unable to safely park or access the businesses. Accessible parking spaces and their access aisles must remain clear at all times. Blocking these spaces prevents wheelchair users from entering a public area and creates a discriminatory barrier for individuals with disabilities. I am requesting that the snow be removed from the handicap spaces and access aisle immediately so the area is usable and compliant with accessibility requirements. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

This place is pretty much abandoned with maybe 4 places still open. It gives kind of an apocalyptic vibe which we like. We did eat at the Turkish place inside which was pretty dang good.

I know the mall is dead, which is sad. I saw like 2 small resturants left, a game stop, and target. I am pretty sure this mall has nothing else from what I saw. I wish we had functioning bathrooms or bathrooms with working lights at least.

They’ll kick you out if they see you taking pictures or videos. Guess they don’t want people knowing this place is fully dead, literally no stores left besides Target

I'm catching to look like Target! I always love going places and visiting different stores. Seeing the wide variety of people in a public space makes me feel optimistic. I love Target. I've been to many in Massachusetts, but this is my favorite by far. I've traveled from Ludlow to here to just do minor shopping. Prices and staff are fantastic.
