A++ across the board. The whole team at Envision Eye Care is extraordinary. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like a valued customer. I used a big name chain that crafts lenses for my glasses in the past, but their service left a lot to be desired. I looked up “eye exam near me” and found Envision Eye Care to be walking distance from where I live, so gave them a shot. Let me tell you, I’ll never go back to the crafters of lenses that I used in the past. Not only has Envision Eye Care earned my business, I literally feel fortunate to be a patient and customer under their care. Yes, they’re that good there. I’m very grateful for the experience.

We found Envision by accident, but were so impressed and comfortable the minute we walked in. My partner had his first of 3 laser treatments yesterday. There is already an improvement. He is so excited to have found professionals who immediately figured out his issues…and, are treating them. Couldn’t ask for a better team!

Envision is really two doctors working in tandem to give you a higher level of examination. I was recommended to them by my friend Elizabeth, gave them a great reference. The atmosphere is very professional yet laid-back, and I really feel like they addressed all of my concerns and even found some things about my eyes that I could improve in terms of hygiene. Both doctors respected my medical history from my ophthalmologist and retina doctor, and did not try to duplicate any previous test performed. In addition, they respected my insurance and adhered to it, not trying to sell me anything I did not need. I am a very hard rater on Google, but this facility and the doctors deserves five stars. The service provided by both doctors and the front office staff is exceptional, professional, respectful and efficient.

Envision Eye Care and Dr Pam are consistently attentive and professional. I never have to wait when I arrive and am seen promptly. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone answers questions and explains thoroughly.
