Was a fast and easy process. They made me feel welcomed and also, really excited to get glasses. I appreciate their hospitality and look forward to continue seeing them from now on!
Our first experience with Dr. Grieve and staff and it was great. Pleasant reception, Dr. Grieve was thorough and nice to visit with as well. Then the variety of frames was huge, thank goodness for the wonderful optician whom helped select frames and dwindle choices down to my final choice.
I want to take this time on my own to write a review for them because they deserve it hands down!! They are a true example of greatness! The entire office! This office goes over and beyond to accommodate and help their patients with every concern. Amazing experience! From start to finish the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing work and I will continue recommending this office to my friends for all of their eye care needs!
The staff is always very informative. Doctor talks about what she may be noticing or not noticing throughout the exam. Gave me options on needing bifocals or what I could do in the mean time for readers Makes sure you know all costs and if there are any rebates available for contacts! And now they even have all the information ready for you when you pick up your contacts to submit the rebate!
I just had my first visit and I'm very pleased! From the warm greeting upon entering to the very end, staff was pleasant, professional, and personable. They have a very smooth flow for patient care, modern equipment and tools, and a nice array of frames. The exam was thorough and the care was excellent. I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses!
