I bought a pair of glasses here and damaged them. I brought them back and they fixed them perfectly, no charge!! Thank you so much!!!

Awful customer service. My daughter snapped my glasses and they wouldn’t give me the time of day. I was told they couldn’t fix them until I wanted duct tape. Okay. So then they told me I could just try to find a frame that matched and offered no other assistance. I walked around trying to match my lens to frames for a while before I gave up. Wasn’t impressed, they weren’t helpful and had attitudes.

Rachel and Gail from Walmart vision center in Mitchell are the most awesome people to work with. I went to get my frames the other day and Rachel was so compassionate and honest and very understanding when it came to how picky I was for my glasses. Rachel took the stress out of me picking out my frames because that is one job that I hate to do. She did a fantastic job and made it fun. If you're ever needing glasses whether it's an eye exam or your frames please stop in at the vision center in Mitchell South Dakota's Walmart you will not be disappointed. Thanks Rachel for taking such good care of me the other day.

I have been a customer of Mitchell Walmart Vision Center since 2016. I have always been treated wonderfully, and I have always gotten good service with my glasses purchases. The staff are so courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Gail, she has been my Walmart Vision Associate the last few years and I thank her for her professionalism and knowledge. I experienced the most professional service of any vision center I've used in the past 20 years, including large Sioux Falls optical centers. Rachel expertly suggested the size and shape of frames to remedy the rubbing on my cheeks. She taught me there are specific bridge sizes to consider to get the best fit. Just learned that today! I highly recommend trying them out.
