Dr.Collins is a wonderful eye doctor. I have Graves disease and ended up with double vision. She was wonderful working with me and referring me to Dr.Pierre and he preformed eye surgery on my left eye. I am so thankful for Dr. Collins for everything she has done for me. She stays in contact with me to see how I am doing. Thank you Dr.Collins for your continuing caring!
Im not one to complain but if you value your time don’t bother coming here because they sure don’t. I will start off by saying the staff and Dr at this office are all very sweet and I do appreciate that but that’s about all I can say that’s good here. I had my first few appointments at this office last year as I just moved back home, and was a little annoyed about how long everything took. I was there for multiple hours just for testing not even ordering, but being how nice everyone was and I NEEDED the appointment I didnt say anything. I came back today for my yearly check up and that’s changed. I was absolutely appalled that I came in on time and still sat in the waiting room for over an hour without a word said to me. One woman was there before me and was called back 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time so I assumed maybe they’re behind. I proceeded to sit there for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time without a single person addressing the situation, apologizing for the wait, nothing. I could understand if there was a full lobby but there was one singular person ahead of me. That’s it. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.
Dr. Collins is probably the most thorough eye doctor I have ever met. She is absolutely fantastic. The reason for the four stars is it takes a very long time to get through the exam. She takes the time needed to make sure each of her patients receive quality care. As long as you go in with the understanding that you will regularly have to wait a while, it is totally worth the quality care.
Great service and customer care. We love Dr Collins and she is seeing our whole family. She is specifically great with the child and always gives good advice and guidance on issues and concerns.
