They saw my daughter a month ago, and myself and my other daughter had appointments as well and they waited till 3 days before our appointment to call us to say that all of a sudden they don’t take our insurance anymore and aren’t taking new patients. Even tho our appointment was scheduled before my daughter that already was seen by them.

They refused to give me my information from my own prescription! Then tried to sell it to me for $20 after I asked for it again. My family and I will not be back there and I will encourage everyone to go elsewhere. Janel herself is wonderful but if this is how they do business its worth finding someone else. Plenty of other places do not withhold this same information, I have already checked into it.

I truly enjoy coming here to get my eyes checked and really love Dr. Stroh. Unfortunately, they seem to close early fairly often. Went to pick up my contacts today because I received a text saying they were in and they were closed at 3 pm. On a Wednesday. When the hours at the office say they are open until 4. Actually, the phone message says they are open until 4:30 pm, which makes closing at 3 feel even more unprofessional to me. I guess make sure you call to make sure they are open before you bother stopping by.
