I can’t say enough wonderful things about the excellent customer service I received from Jaquia!!! She is the friendliest and kindest person I have encountered in ages. She was very knowledgeable about her job as well. I was able to give her my prescription and insurance card and sit back and she handed it all with ease. Very nice experience. Everyone should have a Jaquia to help them!!

I would like to leave a review for Jaquia. I recently visited the store with my old Prada sunglasses, which are very valuable and special to me. One of the rubber pieces was broken, and I was worried that they could not be repaired. Jaquia was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She fixed my Prada sunglasses quickly and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with her skills and customer service. Everyone in the store was polite and welcoming, and Jaquia went above and beyond to help me. She even repaired my glasses without charging me anything. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend this store. Thank you, Jaquia, for your outstanding service and kindness!

I was a bit surprised to learn I would be seen remotely, but my whole experience was great! Mikaela was very knowledgeable and efficient, as well as very pleasant. Jaquia helped me pick out frames I liked, and double-checked my insurance coverage. She was a delight to work with!
