Envision has a very friendly team across the board. They are respectful, responsive to email questions, and the office is well kept and very clean. The eye exams are comprehensive and they've answered any and all questions I have. I purchase my contacts through their portal as well, which ended up being slightly cheaper than 1-800-contacts after rebates & insurance. They also offer glasses adjustments to help improve the fit of my glasses, which I bought elsewhere, as a complimentary service. I would recommend Envision

I had my first visit today at Envision. Every person I encountered was kind, professional and efficient. Dr. Garlich is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to explain her findings and answered all my questions. Going to Envision was certainly well worth my ride from central Mass.

Dr. Garlich is knowledgeable on new medical innovations to improve eye health for her patients. I am beyond grateful that she is my provider. I know I’m in good hands. She gives me treatment options with pros / cons and lets me decide. As a medical provider, I couldn’t ask for a more kind and caring doctor. Thank you for improving my eye health.

It had been a few years since my last eye exam here and I was asking myself if I really needed to keep going to this doctor in the city when there are lots of eye doctors in MetroWest (I live in Acton). After my appointment today with Dr. Lister, I am reminded of how very worthwhile it is and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it! The exam was extremely thorough and well-explained. Dr. Lister was so patient and educated me about what exactly is going on with my eyes and various routes to address some of my concerns. In addition, the technician who did my initial eye exam was also very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I spent quite a lot of time talking to Dr. Lister and asking questions and I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. (I have also seen Dr. Garlich in the past and she was equally wonderful.) In addition, they have a beautiful selection of glasses, helpful staff and fair prices. They do the lenses in house and do a great job! I highly, highly recommend this practice.

A great experience! I’ve been suffering from dry eye and MGD for about a year, but the team at Envision finally got to the bottom of it and came up with a treatment plan. Dr. Garlich took the time to answer questions and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I got the referral to Envision!
