This was my 2nd visit. As with my first vist, the wait was short. Brianna is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Paul is the best . You can tell he cares. He is very thorough, asks questuons and explains everything. I feel like I am I an honored guest in his home.
As a new patient, Brianna welcomed me with a warm smile and was very pleasant. Dr. Paul was a nice surprise. He was personable, funny, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained things to me much better than any of my previous optometrists.
Dr.Paul is thoughtful, kind, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He goes above and beyond and takes the time to explain things clearly. And OMG!! I finally have a prescription I can truly see with! He was amazing in helping to heal an ulcer in my daughter's eye, and help her to minimize any damage or scarring. Brianna, the Dr.s assistant is a sweetheart! She is very personable, helpful, takes her time to make sure you are comfortable with your choices. Explains insurance coverage perfectly. I was instantly comfortable with her, and she is gives you honest opinions about your choices of styles if you ask her! I am over the moon with the level of care as well as professionalism from both of them. Thank you both!!
My husband and I had a good experience. Everything was explained to us, and everyone was pleasant and personable. We were taken in on time as well.
I have been a patient there for a number of years and have always been completely satisfied with their service. They make sure you understand any changes in your eyes and prescription. They discuss the options you have in treatment and recommend a plan of action. At my last annual exam it was recommended that I have cataract surgery. Not only did they explain the surgical procedure, but their pre and post surgery involvement. And, they also set up an appointment with the eye surgeon for me. Great service!!
