Sara was the young lady who was incredibly helpful today! I went in not knowing much about glasses, let alone what would even look good on me. She helped me pick out a couple of frames that she thought would look good on me and fit my face/enhance my features. She even took her time to go over every lens option with me so I could choose the best option for me! She made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Not only Sara, but everyone else there was incredibly friendly as well! I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family!

Wow is all I can say! I lost my glasses in the ocean on vacation and was utterly panicked as I didn’t have a spare pair and far away from home and unable to drive no less see! I was calling around the area and no one could help. I called this location and they immediately got me in for an exam. Big shout out to the staff as I begged if there was anyway to get the glasses made quickly and a staff never who was about to leave stayed to make my glasses in under 20 min!! You folks saved my weekend and my life as I wouldn’t have been able to function or drive home. Incredible customer service, incredible professionalism, just amazing experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for how you helped me

Mary on the Bald Hill is awesome. I came in to have the lenses on my Meta glasses swapped out, and she greeted me with pleasant courteous professionalism. Took care of my request free of charge! I would definitely recommend!

convenient eye doctor next to lens crafters. excellent experience with dr. hacker. at lens crafters, associate renee was very helpful when i was deciding on choices of new lenses/glasses. provided excellent service. very fair pricing. used my own frames so they had to order lenses. they came in a few days later, were cut and placed in frames very quickly once i brought them in. keeping my current frames (which i love and did not want new ones at this time) was much appreciated. many places, such as super-trendy warby parker, do not offer ability to buy only lenses. overall great experience
