Visionworks people were genuinely concerned with my eye health and gave me the best options to keep it that way. Each procedure was well explained before it was done and I felt completely comfortable. Doctor questioned my daily eye usage and conditions under which they are exposed. Then determined how to keep them safe. Wow. Thanks Visionworks.
I was greeted a minute after I arrived. I said I was looking for new glasses and she showed me where to look. I was given a box to put my choices in and was not bothered until I decided. She then also gave me a few more to try on and I ended up with her choice! It was a relaxing, not rushed transaction! I would recommend you to all!
I would love to share my wonderful experience. From day one, they treated me with such kindness and professionalism. Because of changes in my doctor’s prescription, I had to switch my glasses several times, and I also needed adjustments since I didn’t adapt well to a few pairs. Despite this, they never once made me feel uncomfortable or like it was a problem. They were always patient, understanding, and just as welcoming as the first day. What I truly appreciate is that they give you plenty of time to return or exchange your glasses without any pressure. The quality of the lenses and the prescription accuracy are excellent. Their work is truly professional. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.
I can't say enough about the doctor and the staff at vision works in Cranston, they were incredible. The doctor took her time to have a conversation with me, which made me feel more comfortable explaining every detail. And the staff help me choose.The right glasses took their time with me not once.Did I feel rushed?This is why I go to visions.Keep doing what you do.You guys are amazing!!!!!
I highly recommend this location!! Friendly staff who always have a warm smile on their faces as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. B is OUTSTANDING!! She is by far the best eye doctor I have ever worked with. Dr. B is patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely caring. She is a lovely soul. I can go on and on! I cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend this location to everyone!! You will not be disappointed, just read the other reviews! :)
