I had a great experience from start to finish (at the Lakesite location). Everyone was friendly, professional, and informative. So glad I finally found an eye doctor who is able to identify and address my issues properly.

I've been to 3 eye doctors in the last 3 years and I finally found one that cares. Dr. Appel and his staff made me feel right at home and have been very helpful in making sure my glasses are right.

Everyone there was so pleasant! The doctor was so pleasant and had a sense of humor which I appreciated so much! My glasses are spot on and they only took a week to arrive. I won't go anywhere else after my experience with Epic Optical.
