I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful. Kasey especially was so patient and helpful while helping me figure out how to put contacts in for the first time! As a 32 year old, I felt embarrassed not being able to figure it out, but she reassured me and really helped me through the whole process!
It had been an embarrassingly long time since I had gotten my eyes examined, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to go! I was recommended by a friend who has been a patient for awhile - and I absolutely understand why! The staff were so kind and helpful, and answered all my questions about the new equipment they were utilizing, and Dr. Smith was great at explaining my exact issues and ways to resolve them! Kasey helped me review my options for glasses and suggested some dry eye treatments, and they’ve made such a difference!
I haven’t been to the eye doctor in I can’t even tell you how long. I was super nervous until I got there and was greeted by the amazing staff they have. They were super friendly and talk and walk me through every process. Will definitely be keeping up with my eye checkups more often now that I’ve found this place. Would recommend to anyone!
Dr. Smith and her team were wonderful to me while trying to solve my dry eye issue. I would highly recommend this team.
The desk staff are above and beyond rude and unprofessional. This has occurred on more than 1 occasion. I'm sure they'll be just fine but I won't be returning in the future for an eye exam or to order contacts/glasses.
