This place is awesome. They really knows how to take care of their patients. They will go above and beyond to make things right as well. And by the staff being such a beautiful group of people makes it even more of a great place to be when you want to get your eyes taken care of. I recommend Epic Vision to anyone who needs I eye 😘🤗❤️
All of the staff greet you with smiles and are also kind. This is a kid friendly eye doctor. My daughter loves playing with the toys in the waiting room. They also have a variety of glasses to choose from.
Update. Picked up my new glasses. They are perfect exactly as I ordered and the staff once again showed their complete professionalism! Could not be happier. Update to the original review that is below. I went in today to order glasses was met with smiles and people who remembered me and they took excellent care of my needs today. I can't imagine a better experience! I have been to many eye doctors in the past and this service just simply goes way above the rest. It's unfortunate you can't give 10 stars Absolutely fantastic service. Everybody in the office extremely friendly. They wanted to do some additional testing I didn't have money on hand so they wrote it off and went ahead with the testing. Definitely above any previous eye doctors I've seen
‼️*Make sure and ask if the tests they perform on you are covered by your insurance*‼️ They did imaging of my eye that is not covered by insurance in place of dilating my eye’s. I was not given the option and I was not informed of the additional cost. I was expecting to pay my $10 copay for the exam but had to pay $49. This test cost $39 which is not a lot of money but I feel like it’s bad business to not give the patient options especially when they will be paying for it out of pocket. All of the staff and Doctor were very nice but their business practices are shady and I do not recommend Epic vision for that reason.
Most of the staff and the doctor were kind and lovely to work with. Unfortunately, I had numerous problems with my glasses prescription and fitting which took a long time to resolve. My daughter, however, had a wonderful experience and loves her glasses.
