I've been seeing Dr. Williams for years. His assistants are always nice and courteous. Also Dr. Williams makes the effort to perform quality service. He has a comfortable position in his report, gives understanding when explaining, AND he has a great sense of humor. I appreciate the wonderful work they do. Thank you 😊

I was able to easily schedule appointment online, and received a confirmation. The wait at the the office was brief. Dr. James Williams patiently took his time to exam my eyes thoroughly and provided me with a prescription that I was able to fill next door. He informed me of procedures that I may need in the future. He answered my questions, and upon request I received a detailed email regarding his assessment later that evening. I would recommend his services, including his staff members, and plan to return for future eye exams.

I had a great appointment here! I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. The appointment took less than an hour. They explained my insurance coverage clearly and the price was reasonable. Everyone was very polite and professional.

The ladies in the front are the sweetest, very great customer service and both Dr.s were very knowledgeable and the best service I’ve had . Definitely top tier service.
