Epic Vision Eye Centers - Parkville

I was just reminded that I forgot to leave negative feedback one year ago about how rude and arrogant the doctor was. How was I reminded you ask? They automatically book you an appointment one year out from your last appointment?!? I got a text reminder today about my “upcoming appointment”. I left the office crying last year after being treated horribly there is ZERO chance that I agreed to another appointment!! Nice try at getting business by just scheduling appointments Epic Vision, next time maybe try treating customers with respect so they want to come back.

I purchased two pair of Oakley glasses that have curved lenses. I had issues with blurriness and thought it was the pupil height was wrong. Found out that the it was because the lab they use cannot do variable progression to account for the curvature of the lense. The Oakley lab can do this as well as other lens labs. When I voiced my concern they told me sorry but I would have to pay for putting new lenses in both pairs of glasses because it was past the 60 days warranty. I used my VSP credits and spent over $700. Replacement lenses would be at full cost. I'm extremely disappointed because I have used one of the optometrist in this practice since 1985. I moved and have been driving across town because he does such good work. (This is not a reflection upon him as this is Epic policy). According to Epic policy there was nothing they would do for me. Very sad to say I will not be going back there.

Epic Vision on Cosby Avenue with Dr. Myers is fantastic!! Dr. Myers is absolutely THE BEST!! We have gone to him for many years, and he has been outstanding in every way. He is THE ONLY one I recommend for sure!! All his technicians and Staff are excellent….everyone does their job well, and they are all super nice, and have great expertise in everything they do.

I have resumed my care with Dr. Myers after an insurance change. He is the same excellent practitioner I remember. Office staff is friendly and efficient--gave me a few disposable contacts to hold me over until mine came in. I even love the location. My brother has been going to him since the '80s.

The office staff are the best. They are always friendly with a smile for you when you walk in. Very patient and quick. I always feel so much at ease with staff that I end up chatting with them longer than I should!! I almost forgot I had an appointment. They are the sweetest and Dr. Myers is very thorough and always professional and he never rushes, he takes time to answer all your questions. Last but not least, the atmosphere and decor makes for a very peaceful and calm environment.
