I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment you call to schedule an appointment to checking in, seeing the doctor, and checking out, every part of the experience is exceptional. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I see Dr. Suetter, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness and compassion truly stand out, and I feel so fortunate to have her as my eye doctor. It’s rare to find an office where every single person is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care!

They had a cancellation and were able to get me in earlier. I was so grateful. When I arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had my exam and Dr. Seutter was amazing as usual. I was torn on whether or not to use my insurance for contacts or glasses. The optician was very helpful in breaking down what the insurance covers for each and what would be the most beneficial financially. I’m always happy with my visits.

I have been going there for around three years. The eye doctors do a great exam are friendly and explain everything. The variety of frames are extensive . And there employees i think give there honest opinion of what looks good on you. I always try to get Jill she is truly good at her job. And clearly loves what she does. Although i have been there when she was not there and the others did a great job. I drive over 40 miles to get there and always glad i did. Thank You Eye Center of Parkville

Zoie showed me the frames that were ordered for me to look at before being sent on to have lenses made. She was very helpful. I love the frames and can't wait to get my glasses back!!! Everyone there is so helpful from the front desk to the techs to the Optical Department to the Optical Department to Dr. Lauren Seutter to Isaac, who helped me pick out my frames! Thank you to everyone who helped me. PS I am sorry I don't remember the names of everyone who helped me, but know I do appreciate everyone's help!!!

Great intake at the front desk and by the technician. Very affable people. My time with Dr Staatz was also excellent. We covered a lot of topics efficiently but I never felt rushed. She is quite good at explaining complex issues. I appreciate that very much.The time spent with the optical folks was also quite good. I highly recommend The Eye Center of Parkville and without reservation.
