Quick, friendly, kind and empathetic. Met Dr. Bobbit for the 1st time. Great dr/patient vibe. First time I've been there since they moved to this office. Staff are awesome and very patient oriented. Im right back at home. If you have to go to dr.. it's really nice to be surrounded with pleasant people who are truly concerned with your health.
Going to the eye doctor has always been so stressful for me, but Dr. Bobbitt was amazing. She put me at ease, listened to all my concerns, and answered all my questions. Everyone was so helpful and nice and didn't make me feel pressured or rushed. They just made a patient for life!
One of my friends told me about this place and that they had some pretty glasses. Well it’s been weeks practically a month that I ordered glasses here and they still haven’t came in even when the lady told me that they would be ready in 2 weeks so I came in 2 weeks later to check and she said next Thursday and then I came that next Thursday and she that they would call me when they were ready. Still haven’t came in or received a call…really unsatisfied with my FIRST experience here.
He was an expert on my situation. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very friendly. So glad I went to him.
I'm in love with Dr. Bobbit, if I could put her in my bag and take her home, I would 😆🤗 She's kind, knowledgeable, competent, and you'll need to see a dentist after cause she's just so darn sweet!
