Absolutely one of the worst health care facilities I have ever been to in terms of basic communication. They have check in kiosks and send you a text to check in, but if you use the kiosks or check in on your phone, it doesn't actually check you in. No one tells you when you walk in that you can't use the kiosks or phone to check in (despite that technology being there and available) and there is no sign saying you must check in at the window (wow that would easily solve a lot of issues). They never call the appointment name at the appointment time to even check if you are there. What doctors office doesn't look at their own waiting room at appointment times to make sure their own system didn't miss anything? So if you don't talk to someone, you'll wait an hour for your appointment. Then when you go up and ask why you haven't been called after patiently waiting, they'll blame you for not talking to someone (despite receiving a text to check in) and make you reschedule. This doesn't even begin to touch my on the issues with refilling medication, despite being extremely clear and upfront.

Had my consultation for birth control. Was told office would call me to schedule once the nexaplon arrived to schedule appointment. It’s been over a month and I can’t get anyone to call me back. I have left 5 voice messages and their app doesn’t allow you to message through the portal. Money making scheme to pay them for consult and then not follow through with what was discussed. Biggest waste of time. DONT BOTHER!!

Clean, and comfortable spaces. Doctor is kind (Dr. Halo Pierce) as well as every Doctor I have encountered at the clinic. Dr. Pierce brings an energy. She makes me feel like she is family member, maybe in a different life. I like her.

Don't try to get meds here they will give you the wrong date and time when they know you're coming from another city then make you wait 1 hour n a half just for a refill if it's a narcotic. They'll accuse you of being on drugs if your thin! Then the drug test will be negative. The same office woman will send your meds to Louisiana pharmacy even though you have in multiple places the correct location. When speaking to the records department woman she will not have a clue what she is doing and needs to be retrained Kathy I believe . If they have problems with prescribing narcotics just say you don't instead of being psychopaths about it and wasting someone's time. Causing someone like me who just moved here who was dealing with the grief of my mother, had just bravely escaped domestic abuse Was facing issues with Dcf continuing to deny my food stamp application when i unfortunately more than qualified for more emotional, and psychological trauma. My nervous system was stuck in overdrive and I needed them. Not abusing not selling, physically needed them whether I wanted to or not. They're the best option to me to be able to function. Thank god i was only uninsured for a brief period and had no choice but to try this place on a sliding scale this is another level of psycho here.

Great experience with my new doctor. Very professional and thorough and it didn't take hours. I felt like all bases were covered and felt very cared for after my visit. Love my excellent doctor!!
