My visit was very pleasant from beginning to end. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Good experience with this office. On time. Thorough. Listened. The doctor was humorous, which is always nice. They could do with a better selection of glasses, but I like unique ones so not too many places have unusual glasses. The office ladies that help with glasses were nice, but could use more training and more confidence. They were quite timid for basically glasses sales people. Not a complaint as they were very cordial, just an observation. Overall very helpful and got my prescription right
As always, Dr Andrew Sahawneh was his knowledgeable and personable self. I needed a same day appt for a medical concern and they worked me in. Thank you so much! I'm so pleased that years ago I found a place I can call "my eye doctor".
Everyone that was a part of my experience has all been kind and attentive each step of the way. I haven’t been to many eye clinics, but this one has been so far the most professional yet easy going establishment. 10/10 recommend.
The staff I encountered were all amazing. From check-in to scans with Dana to my consult with Dr. Bellard who is always incredible to checkout. The entire process was as always a very pleasant process. Dana’s follow up with the next day and getting me scheduled with the specialist. They make it easy and enjoyable.
