I have bought my last four pairs or five pairs of eyeglasses from $50 Eye Guy. I Am So Satisfied the glasses are very stylish and very reasonable in price. And the customer service could not be any better. And Lynn is the best.
It was an amazing experience start to finish!!! Lady was the sweetest Tech who not only told me my options but explained the benefits of each option. Dr. Grace was just the sweetest and kindest, as she went over everything with me and listened to my needs. Demi not only helped me pick out new glasses but looked for the best options to save me money on what I needed and what insurance wouldn’t cover. Including making sure when I was ready to order contacts my best options for my money. Definitely 100% recommend these amazing folks for your eye care needs!!!
We love coming here! Dr. Grace is so kind and patient with my daughter. She explains everything to her as she is working. The service is spectacular and everyone is so accommodating. My daughter and I got our frames adjusted today by the guy behind the counter. He was so gentle with our frames and cleaned them. Lynn B. Helps us everytime we come here. She goes around helping my daughter pick the style of frames she wants. So pleasant. She is fantastic and so knowledgeable. Thank you.
Undoubtedly the best eye exam/glasses purchase I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I encountered there was so nice and polite. But I must give the biggest kudos to Christy. I told her what I was looking for in frames and answered the call. She knew where every pair were in the store and helping me pick out a couple really nice frames. She knew what insurance would cover and then what specials were offered. Best of all this didn’t take all day to do. She knows her stuff! Thank you all for a great experience!
The customer service member Alley was very helpful, and personable. She even knew my wife's word (jeuje) that she says when something makes her more attractive while picking out her frames. This was our first visit, and it has been a memorable 💖 first visit. We will definitely recommend her and the Eye Guy.
