Excellent service during my visit to Dr. Sailaja Bondslapati, MD, ophthalmologist, on June 30. Fantastic customer service — the doctor was very attentive to my eye concerns. It was my first time meeting her and her staff at this office. I would rate them 10 out of 10. It's hard to find good customer service these days, no matter the office. Again, the treatment and care for their patients, especially with last-minute scheduling, were exceptional. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Dr Bond and all employees are very nice. They all go out of their way to answer all types of questions concerning your eye. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend Dr Bond and entire staff to everyone, family, friends, and strangers if asked. Excellent

Dr. Bondalapat is an excellent ophthalmologist with a lot of experience. She is an awesome person and she cares alot about her patients. Her staff is very friendly and helpful and I really felt at ease. I highly recommend her and her expertise to anyone seeking a really good ophthalmologist.

I had a medical emergency and Dr Bondalapati and her team were literally waiting on me to arrive from my eye appointment in Navarre. I was seen and treated all within half hour it seemed and I was out the door. I ended up having emergency laser to release an angle closure that had my pressure at one point 64! While being see, the team kept me calm and were so kind. Thank you.

I have fallen in Love with the staff and care that I receive on each visit. The care and concern is far better than I could ever imagine. The entire staff nake sure you understand everything and has always given me the opportunity to ask any questions that comes to mind.. I am so thankful to the staff at Panhandle
