Where to start....checking in was not an issue, however, what's the point of having an appointment. Someone had an appointment and was about 30 minutes late. I was on time, in fact 15 minutes early for my appointment. The person who came late for their appointment was seen before me. Meantime I'm still in the waiting area to be seen. Tha place doesn't notify the clients if the wait would be long in the waiting area. I would never come to Plimpton location for eye services. I strongly Would Not suggest coming here. The customer service is horrible. Come to this office if you have time to waste and don't mind being seen when the receptionist decides to put you in

First of all once i entered i was greeted with such an attitude! I said i had an appointment and the lady at the desk complained out loud to someone “omg they just keep coming “ so i used MY OWN pen to write my name down cause i wasnt provided one . After all i hear is her complaining i walked out . Im glad she dont work on commission cause the vibe of the environment is disrespectful && disgusting!
I came in at 130pm signed in my 11 year old son for his appointment was at 2pm. After waiting a hour specifically at 230pm a man came to me and told me they don’t take kids ?????? Both of the doctors there don’t see kids ??? Then proceeded to give me an explanation of how it’s been a hectic day for them because the ceiling is missing so he’s sorry about them not informing me. I did not make this appointment i was referred here from the doctor office in which i called them this morning & gave my son dob . They sign in sheet is absurd because why make me sign in without verifying his dob & how you don’t know he’s a child when i stated that to the girl when i came in. This was very unprofessional wasted a hour for them to tell me my son can not be seen then he told me to look up a eye doctor closer to me if the one he wrote on a post it not a referral paper is to far! I can not believe this service! And for him to blame the problems they having on why they couldn’t tell me ahead of my hour waiting that they don’t see kids is insane ! Like if the ceiling wasn’t falling down then you would’ve told me ? Or did you use that so i can feel sorry for you ? I’m so upset !!
The receptionist has bad service they will tell you lies. You can’t get in contact with the doctor and you can’t get know help when you call customer they also tell you lies and don’t care bout you
All the ophthalmologists and optometrists are super caring and dedicated. Dr. Lee once sat in the waiting area helping a patient complete the intake forms. Not just any doctor does that!
