I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The level of professionalism and patient care was, quite honestly, unacceptable. I waited for approximately one hour in the waiting room without being seen by a provider. During that entire time, there was very little communication regarding the reason for the delay, and no one provided me with a clear explanation or an estimated timeframe for when I would be seen. What was most concerning was not simply the wait, but the lack of professionalism and consideration toward me as a patient. I completely understand that a clinic can be busy and that delays can happen, but that does not justify leaving a patient waiting for such a long period of time without keeping them informed. After waiting for an hour without receiving the care I came to the clinic for, I ultimately left feeling that my time, my situation, and my needs as a patient were not taken seriously. I hope the administration takes this situation seriously and reviews the way patients are being treated. A healthcare facility should not only provide medical care; it should also demonstrate respect, communication, professionalism, and consideration toward the people who trust its services.
