Great experience. Dr Kubal is an excellent physician and a super nice person. His office staff were extremely nice.

I had cataract surgery with Dr Kubal over a year ago. He is great and so was his staff. I just went for my 1 year follow up, and all the staff in the office is new, and no way as friendly and compassionate as the former staff. Again Dr. Kabul is awesome, but my last visit to his office was unpleasant. I don't think I want to go back to my next year follow up.

We called and was able to speak immediately to office staff member who set up a consultation for my wife within the week at Jupiter office. Waiting time in the office at visit was minimal. Atmosphere was pleasant and calm. Clinical staff were friendly and professional and Dr Kubal was great. He explained his findings clearly and we scheduled outpatient minor surgery to correct lens problems related to cataract surgery performed in another state some years ago. Entirely satisfactory experience.

If you have 2+ hours of your life that you’re looking to throw away, look no further. I’m not sure what they’re looking at in there, but it certainly isn't the clock. A total disregard for patients' time. If you have a life to get back to, find an office that respects it!

Scummy office staff - will scam and lie to your face. I was seen at this practice once in 2022 and once in October 2023. At that visit in 2023 I had the same insurance as my previous visit, but wasn't asked to show a card at my visit. I was charged my $45 copay and was seen. A few months later, an ~800 bill arrives because they actually no longer take that insurance. The Office Manager, Angela, dodged my calls and reduced it to an $85 bill on top of the copy I paid at time of service. After weeks of not getting a response to my rejection of the additional charge due to error of the front desk, I was finally able to speak with Angela by coming in person. She admitted fault of her staff not taking my ID and Insurance but also insinuated I had done something off due to my name change by marriage that took place in the months since I saw the practice. It isn't fair to charge patients for front desk errors, and patients depend on doctor's offices to truthfully confirm or deny their acceptance of patient insurance. This reflects bad business practice as well as lack of caring for patients. It's wrong for businesses to pass the price of their mistakes onto customers, even if it's a pity "discount". Beware of billing and insurance errors here.
