I am a new patient and from check-in to my exam all staff members were great! Professional, friendly, and efficient. I felt I was in excellent hands. Dr. Shield was thorough and took the time to answer questions and explain my condition. Highly recommend this practice!

Very polite, knowledgeable and professional staff. One person in the staff stands out. Alexis was able to answer a question I had with a very high knowledge. She explained it to me in a manner that was communicated to me at a level I could understand. If you have an employee of the year program, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for it. Dr. Shields was very personable and professional. A quality physician.

Dr. Lalane is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. He is so well-educated, communicates clearly, and is extremely experienced and competent. I was fortunate and truly blessed to have met him when I needed emergency surgery for a retinal tear. He was amazing! Explained the procedure, and then repaired the tear calmly, quickly, and successfully. I follow up with him regularly now, and trust him completely. His office staff is great too! Nicole Rattinger
