Beware! One of the worst experiences ever. I have been here 2-3 times, ordered glasses twice. First time , no issues. The last pair I ordered came in with the wrong lenses. They were sent back. When they came back a second time the progressive line was wrong (their words, not mine) so they sent them back again. When I finally went to see them it was nearly three months later and they came back with one side noticeably crooked. They were rimless and the connection to the lens on one side was actually put on crooked. The new guy in the glasses section ignored my comment about it and kept bending the arm with pliers so they would sit straight on my face. He got them close but the side connection was still crooked. (So now there really messed up). Frustrated, I said I just needed to send these back and cancel the whole order. The nice lady (retired very recently) that use to work in the glasses section told me repeatedly that if I wasn’t happy they would return them/make it right/etc. I told the new guy this, he paused, stuttered and eventually said he didn’t think they do that. I told him that’s not what I was told. Long story short, after multiple phone calls I was finally given a refund. Then I was told that they would NEVER order glasses for me again. Amazing to me that you could mess something up so many times and then take it out on the customer. After the older Dr gave me an eye infection from not properly washing his hands, I should have not gone back but I thought seeing the other doctor would be okay, and he was, but after this entire experience, obviously I will never go back and thought I should let everyone else know how unprofessional my experience was.
