I had an amazing experience at Rainbow Optics and cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Dr. Timothy Lieberenz was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the exam comfortable and informative, and it was clear that he truly cares about his patients and helping them see their best. The office itself is friendly, organized, and inviting. Even though I haven’t received my glasses yet, I have complete confidence that everything will be perfect. The level of care and customer service I received has already exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled to have found this office and will gladly recommend Rainbow Optics to my family and friends. Thank you to Dr. Lieberenz and the entire team for such a positive experience!

Everyone was so kind, considerate and helpful. The nurse was attentive and empathetic. The Doctor took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Then fitting clerk who helped me select frames picked out just the right ones. They were all friendly and made me feel truly cared for. What a great experience!

From the moment I walked in greeted and kindly acknowledged. First time I went in looking at glasses and spent some time there. I did leave with ought a purchase. However, I came back two weeks later and given great customer service again. I had my eyes checked and imaged and I have to say what a great team of people there. From reception, sales and Dr. and assitant can't say enough. You have a phenomenal staff. Thank you for the great service from beginning to end. At 72 I remember great customer service, and Rainbow Optics is top notch! Thank you for the great care and service beginning to end. Highly recommend this company.

I accidentally ended up at the Willamette St due to not paying attention that there are two locations when I made my appointment. Let's just blame it on my vision problems lol. I had a great experience. Timothy Lieberenz, O.D. was excellent. He asked a lot of questions to fine tune my prescription. I would highly recommend Tim. Even though this location is not in my neighborhood, I plan to return.

Earlier this month I got my annual check up with Dr. deCalesta. As usual, had a great experience and was not rushed during the exam. He wrote a prescription for some reading glasses that have really made my job so much easier. Now that I’m in my mid 40s I’m glad I finally got those reading glasses made with the exact prescription and frames I wanted. I will never buy cheap reading glasses over-the-counter again! Couldn’t be happier.
