Dr. William Poncho was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain how the eyes function in detail and making everything easy to understand. You can really tell he cares about his patients. Jack and the team were beyond patient while I tried on over 40 pairs of glasses and 20 pairs of sunglasses — and their selection is huge. No pressure, just great service and honest guidance. Thank you to everyone at European Optical. Very, very highly recommended! 👓✨

I had such a great experience here! The appointment was awesome and everyone was really friendly and helpful. They had a new technology available so I didn’t need to have my eyes dilated, which was a huge plus, and they were able to go over everything and answer all my questions. They also had a really great selection of glasses and were super helpful when I was picking out a pair. The location in Ktown is really easy to get to too. Overall, such a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them!

I had an excellent experience at European Optical. The optometrist Dr. Lee was knowledgeable, attentive & provided professional recommendations. OPTOS retinal eye exam was great. They accept my vision insurance. I got the Silhouette prescription glasses in 4 days. Eyeglasses tailor-made to my specific needs. Combines customized lens technology with bespoke frame fitting. The staff ensures my visual clarity, alleviates eye strain & provides a comfortable, personalized fit. Thank you for the outstanding care!

Visited Dr Lee and was super impressed by how professional & efficient the experience was. The doctor was thorough, knew the ins & outs of my insurance, and kept the patient first the whole time. 10/10!

It is my second time visiting European Optical and having check up with Dr. Kim. They introduced me to Dr. Lee as well. It is very welcoming atmosphere from the step one when you get inside this cozy and modern optical office with modern machines and experienced doctors. As a result of professional examination and friendly staff I brought my family members and my colleagues for years at this office and I will continue to do my annual eye exams and highly recommend to my family members and coworkers.
