I would strongly advise anyone considering Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic to think twice before scheduling an appointment here. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The technician, Isabella, was extremely dismissive & rude. I asked questions about my condition and received little to no explanation. Instead of educating me or showing basic empathy, she acted irritated and rushed through the appointment. In a medical setting especially when dealing with something as important as your vision patients deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism. The overall environment felt careless and poorly managed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Everett & Hurite to anyone.

Dr. Kent has been my son‘s doctor since he was 2, he is now 19! Dr. Kent goes above and beyond. He’s an excellent doctor. He’s very caring, compassionate, and Kind with his patients. I highly recommend him! 😊

Dr Charles Kent & The Staff At Upmc Mercy Eye Center Were Fantastic !!! I Will Be Honest I Had My Doubts About Getting Cataract Surgery But Once They Did Toric Monofocal Lens For My Right With Great Results I Was Overjoyed !!! Now I'm Really Excited & Looking Forward To My Left Eye Cataract Surgery For My Toric Monofocal Lens Thanks !!! For Doing Such Great Job 💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍
