Staff are polite and understanding of my medical needs and they have never failed to get me exactly what I needed during the past several years I have been a customer. I will never go anywhere else because these guys are great. To increase the value of your services it would have been nice if you sent a message to your customers to let them know you were changing store locations.
Had some unique sunglasses, nose pads disappeared in travel, the team took the time to replace them, did a great job, I went to another place and they couldn't help me. This place did though! Great job to the team onsite @ 1pm 6/5. Great to be greeted with smiles as well!
The staff is very nice the dr explains everything they show you all the results of your eye test and tells you what is going on
Hands down the BEST eye Dr. experience I have ever had! I was greeted by Chauncey who was both kind and helpful. Then Kim was my technician. She was gentle and comforting. Dr. Dang was incredibly knowledgeable and instructive. Last but certainly not least was Autumn. She helped me select the perfect frames and tint. I cannot possibly understand the negative reviews. Top notch treatment from every single person I encountered. And all with smiles!!!
If I could give a MILLION star review I would. I had been a patient at the former downtown location in 2023, but life got in the way, and before I knew it two years had passed and it was time to go back to the eye doc. I was SUPER nervous (as I always am) because my contact lens/glasses prescriptions are not your "typical" ones. When I first walked in the door and saw Jamie, it was just like greeting an old friend I hadn't seen in ages. She knew exactly who I was. Andrew took me back for the pre-exam. I wasn't sure what to make of him at first, but towards the end he was cool. THEN in walks Dr. Austin Tocco. WOW! He was truly awesome!! No judgement about my prescription. During the exam we were laughing and joking. I LOVE DR TOCCO! I have been wearing glasses since I was 18 months old, and contacts since I was 12 years old. Been through a few eye doctors over the years, and I can safely say, hands down, DR TOCCO and JAMIE are the absolute best. GATEWAY EYE ASSOCIATES, I'M HERE TO STAY. :)
