I really like Dr. Ngo; he's very kind and knows his job well. The Walmart clinic is growing; they have excellent equipment and are focused on helping the community. Everyone is very attentive, the staff is very friendly, and they always greet us with a nice smile.my daughter it’s so happy with her new glasses.
I had a wonderful experience at Everyday Eye Care. Dr. Ngo was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my eye health and the results of my tests in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and they answered all my questions patiently. The office staff was friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. We came in under a huge time crunch for my son’s school sports physical, and the experience was fantastic. They were able to accommodate us as a walk-in, which was a lifesaver. Dr. Ngo was wonderful—so personable and kind. He took the time to truly explain the vision results to my young son in a way he could understand. The entire staff at the vision center was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed working with the vision center manager, who made the whole process seamless. It is clear they provide top-tier service for both pediatric and adult eyecare. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an attentive, professional, and family-friendly eye clinic!
Wow!! My daughter and I had eye exams today and not only is the doctor so kind and informative but the three girls working there are gorgeous, sweet funny and smart!! I especially loved Yari- she was soooo wonderful! And Melissa who did our pictures was sweet and patient! I have type 1 diabetes and my eyesight has never been an issue, but after turning 45 it’s apparently time for some reading glasses; as one eye is slightly tired . I wasn’t sure what I was walking into and have never had any experience needing eyecare, and they were absolute joys to deal with! They were great with the insurance and got us set up with some very fashionable pairs! I’m actually excited for them: and they’ll be in by Valentine’s Day :) the doctor is sooo good! Dr. Ngo did a great job in treating my dry eye issue using the Trifecta procedure. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has this problem. Sincerely Cindy Moon
