Great experience from the moment I walked thru the doors. Front desk gal was warm and welcoming. Dr Boyd was fantastic. I was very worried my eyes were failing me but after my exam I relieved to know I have very healthy eyes. Thank you Dr Boyd.
Dr. Jacks is great to work with and will absolutely take the time to talk to you about your eyes. Michelle works to make sure glasses fit and insurance covers. Great experience!
I called family eye care and they got me in for an appointment same day urgently I woke up and found a spot in my eye ,I was so nervous and Dr. Jacks was amazing ,gentle and careing he was able to get it out in a matter of seconds Briana the receptionist was also amazing and even got my daughter scheduled for her appointment 🤍 thank you family eye care !!
My son had gotten something in his eye so I called this place he’d never been seen here before. They got him in the same day and the doctor was very helpful and kind. Everyone in this office is very welcoming. Definitely recommend.
