Excel Eyecare Optometry

I had such a wonderful experience at Excel Eyecare Optometry. I have to give special thanks to Jaime at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, Jaime was very welcoming, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was her kindness and patience. I came in with my kids, and as anyone with little ones knows, things can get a bit chaotic. At one point, my kids started fighting and my 5 year old little girl ended up in tears. Jaime immediately stepped in with such a calm and caring approach. She took the time to gently comfort my daughter and kept her happily occupied, completely turning the situation around. Not only did she handle that moment beautifully, but she also managed everything at the front desk efficiently and with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such genuine compassion. Jaime truly went above and beyond, and she helped make our entire visit much easier and positive. Excel Eyecare Optometry is incredibly lucky to have her taking care of the business. I can’t recommend them enough!

I love that the store is open on Saturday’s, but if you’re looking for good customer service then it’s not here other than maybe the 2 workers working the glasses section - they are amazing. I’ve had multiple bad interactions with the girl who has a nose piercing, dragon tattoo on her right hand, and 0 customer service skills to the point of not wanting to return or recommend. Unfortunately I had encountered her one too many times. She had left me sitting for 10 minutes after handing me my items, never excused herself, never came to check on me, but luckily one of the 2 better employees came to check after noticing I had been sitting with my items for so long. 1 star is for being open on Saturdays and another Star for the 2 employees who are with excellent customer service skills.

Great experience. Very helpful staff & friendly. Have been coming here for 2+ years. I always have a good experience & they have a great selection of designer sunglasses as well as everyday glasses.

We came in and the customer service wasn’t great. No smile & no life in the store. The selection of glasses is not big as well and we waited a long time for them to find it. Wouldn’t return back here again!

During my years as a client of Excel Optometry, I have been extremely satisfied with their ability to fit me with the correct prescription and lens to address my visual needs. During my most recent visits, Andy, an optician , was extremely patient in helping me finalize my choice of frames and lenses. Although there were delays in obtaining my glasses, I do in no way hold Andy responsible and he went out of his way to make it right . He truly personifies excellent customer service and Excel is fortunate to have him as a member of their staff.
