My experience was excellent from start to finish they kept me informed about every aspect of my eye care, so I never felt uncertain or uninformed. The entire process was seamless, and their clear, consistent communication made everything effortless. I truly couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy and attentive eye care team!

I LOVED my experience here! I have always had issues with getting the right prescription and getting glasses that would actually help me. The optometrist here at Vista was AMAZING! He put me incredibly at ease and gave me easy to understand but necessary instructions on how to do the exam. Previously, I had struggled with trying too hard to focus and squinting during eye exams, and he told me to relax, not strain, and try to do comfortably... No one for the last 20+ years of eye exams has ever told me that. Maybe it sounds like a no-brainer, but it truly changed the total experience. He was sweet, friendly and patient. When I went next door to get my glasses, the girls were sweet, helpful and professional. I got what I wanted and for A LOT less expensive than I imagined. After my order was placed for my progressives, it took less than a week before they came back. I picked them up last night, and they are absolutely PERFECT! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! I can FINALLY see!

Fast and efficient service.. Walked in with my prescription for my glasses all the way from St. Croix, VI while on Fort Stewart for training PICKED out two frames and got my glasses made and mailed all the way to me when I got home.

Ms. Jalesia was very helpful and pleasant. I would strongly recommend her to be acknowledged for excellent customer service.
