I came in today as a walk-in. I had an appointment at another optical company, only to be told after walking in they don’t accept my insurance. I came here and explained my situation. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and was told they accept my insurance. From the time I walked in to receiving my glasses, the process took approximately 90min. Every one who I met from the mgr, doctor as well as person who assisted me with the eye exam was phenomenal. The customer service was top tier. Thank you for turning a bad day into a great day. I appreciate everyone at this location who helped out today.

I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. Everyone had such a positive attitude and made the environment feel very welcoming and comfortable. The office was clean, organized, and the customer service was amazing. I also really appreciated being able to get a same-day appointment and that they were open later in the evening, which made everything so much easier for me. Overall, just an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you again to the team for being so caring and helpful! ❤️❤️

Typical bait and switch advertisements. They claim $79 including an eye exam and after they do a quick check of your vision, you wait until the sales girl gets around to you. After her sales pitch you find out that it will be $600 for 1 pair and unlike they advertise the glasses will take about 2 weeks before you get your glasses. The only thing you can get same day is over priced readers which you can get anywhere for about $20. Definitely won't recommend them to anyone, not even people that I don't like.

I've been wearing contacts for over 15 years and have always gone to Lens Crafters. Unfortunately, their schedule didn't work with mine, so I decided to try Stanton Optical. That turned out to be a huge mistake. First, my order arrived separately, leaving me stuck wearing uncomfortable glasses while waiting. Then, trying to get information was frustrating because every call led to an annoying automated system instead of an actual person who could help. The most frustrating part was that my contacts arrived, but when I sent someone to pick them up because I was at work, I was told not to wear them until my trial pair came in. That makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would I pay nearly $300 for a year's supply of contacts before even receiving and trying the trial pair? The trial pair should come first to ensure the prescription and fit are correct before the full order is placed. At this point, I feel like the process was poorly explained and poorly managed. I've never experienced anything like this with other eye care providers. The entire experience has been inconvenient, frustrating, and disappointing.
