America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been an America’s Best customer for over 20 plus years now so maybe I’m biased LOL. We finally have one in Hinesville and I don’t have to drive Savannah. They were efficient and professional and I didn’t have a long wait. Dr. Akbar is detailed oriented. He thoroughly explained my prescriptions, he asked me questions about my vision to ensure he was giving me the right information. Thalia (Tah-Lee-ah) also helped me pick some glasses out and showed me some transition lenses too. She was friendly, knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service skills. She even entertained my 4 year old as we were discussing my options. Thank you so much and I’ll see you guys again soon!

Raina, Dr. Akbar, Trinity, Phoebe, Thalia, Mrs. Colette, and Daysha were extremely helpful and so patient! I had a hard time choosing frames and these ladies were so patient with helping me make a selection. My plan was only to get glasses; Trinity went over each cost with and without insurance for each frame I selected. I’ve never had anyone be so patient! I will definitely return and refer as many people as I possibly can. I wish your system was updated, these ladies have to switch from glasses to contacts and enter insurance information each time, that takes a long time and it could free up the wait time. That’s really my only complaint. Everyone was super friendly and kind! Money well spent!!

I had a great experience every time I go to America’s best. Last time I was there.Thalia help me out a lot and she helped me out on the first time I went there too. She’s really good at customer service also she helped me out a lot understanding my insurance plan. Plus she is very knowledgeable and patient with me. The front staff were awesome too. I always recommend people to go here to get their eyes seen by this doctor or get new glasses here. I always have a great experience here. All the staff is wonderful!!
