If I could, I would give no stars I don’t know how this place is open man I came for some tires every time I come here they give me a hard time. There’s never any workers here and I was here for the 7 o’clock appointment and two people got checked in before I did and I was here before then waiting, but it’s cool. You guys will never get another dollar out of me. I advise no one to come here anymore, shut this place down. This is a disgrace to this community and it’s a disgrace that this place is even allowed to be open. How is one employee checking in everybody and it’s operating hours and no one is working on cars. Can somebody please make that make sense to me Walmart when you go bankrupt I hope you remember this one star review I would give no stars if I could and look at the representative that checked me in looking like Captain caveman all right I’m out deuces.
!Kasheem! is truly an amazing associate! I’ve interacted with him several times while shopping at the Hinesville supercenter Walmart, and he is always positive, professional, and willing to help. During back-to-school shopping, he took the time to help me find school supplies for my daughter! which I really appreciated. I understand everyone has difficult days, but Kasheem consistently stands out because of his attitude and customer service. Knowing he is also a Soldier makes his leadership and work ethic even more impressive. Walmart is fortunate to have him on the team. I can absolutely see Kasheem continuing to grow into regional management someday!
As a vegan I do understand that I am not the target customer for Walmart but over the last 3 to 5 years walmart went from having quit a bit of vegan products to choose from like just egg now its 2 shelves in the freezer section 🤨. I eat mostly whole foods but sometimes you just want sausage and eggs with out the animal. I ain't asking for a lot but come on you went from having quit a bit to almost nothing. Not to mention treating employees bad so they don't even wanna do anything 🙄 and honestly who can blame them ima just go to Publix from now on I might have to come out of pocket more but so be it.
We live in Richmond Hill, but this has become our go to Walmart. The Ogeechee Walmart that is 10 minutes from us is a real POS, and we will travel the extra distance to go to the Hinesville location instead. I like coming out here because it seems like the management is much better, the store is kept in much better condition, the employees are held to higher standards, and the parking lot as well is managed. Now, to set some expectations, this is a Walmart and not glamorous shopping. But as far as Walmarts go, this is a pretty decent one at least for the area. Generally, everything is stocked pretty well. Aisles are organized. I can get in, get what I need, and get out fairly quickly. There are enough people actively working checkouts that I don’t have to wait in long lines for extended periods of time. I can find what I want because it’s all in the right spot and organized. People are generally more engaged and it’s easier to find someone to help you here than it is and the one near my house. I also like that parking lot doesn’t smell like weed here.
