Absolutely the most unprofessional and rudest lady who answered the phone. I had a question about a referral and that I would like to make the appointment. She proceeded to have an attitude and tell me that's "That's not how this works we get the referral and then we call you." Didn't ask we when the referral was sent or who from. Did not even look up my name or any of my information. I've never been spoken to by a staff member in the medical field to curtly.

I called there with an emergency my daughter could not see they had me drive from Brunswick to Hinesville all they had was ophthalmologist that could not help my daughter at all instead they charge her $150 set her eye pressure was high and send her to Savannah time was of the essence she could have went straight to Savannah instead they made her go to Hinesville charged her $150 they should have sent us to a specialist there is only an ophthalmologist there for anyone else
I’ve Been To 2 Hospitals and Stanton. All Of Them Told Me Something Was Wrong With My Eyes. I Know For Sure Something Is Wrong. The Doctor Here Rushed In and Out and Told Me Nothing Was Wrong. I Paid $200 For The Appointment With Her and She Barely Even Looked At Me. I Do Not Recommend This Place. I’m Assuming You Gotta Catch Them On A Good Was Not Happy At All With My Experience
The Hinesville location is lacking in areas of customer service and knowledge. I took my daughter for her eye appt. and decided to order her glasses online. However I needed her PD to complete the online order so I called and the lady that answered the phone told me to bring her in they would just measure it for me. So I looked online and it says the office opens at 8, I get there at 8 office is closed. Come back a few minutes later and see cars in parking lot so I assume they are open. A lady sitting in her truck eating gets out as I am approaching the door and hollers we closed open at 9. Definitely not what online says. So I bring my daughter back the next day to have her PD measured and then I am told they do not do that anymore. You have to order glasses from them. This office is really something else..
My husband was seen months ago about his eye and was told by the doctor who barely checked his eye and who was also rude to him that he needed a cornea transplant and then just walked out the room. Mind you cornea transplant cost $10,000-$20’000 dollars. Thank goodness my husband went and got a second opinion only to find out he had an infection in his eye that could be cleared by drops. Once the infection was cleared he was told he didn’t need a cornea transplant at all. Could you imagine spending that kind of money for something you didn’t even need just because someone couldn’t take the time to give proper diagnosis and care smh
