The quickest most efficient eye exam. Dr. Chen was so kind and thorough in her exam. She talked through some options for eye drops and listened well. She is probably one of the best I've seen in my lifetime. Highly recommend
The doctor was great -- funny, generous with her time, very very clear in her explanations and instructions. The front desk staff were great too, and I appreciated that the office had some lovely paintings up instead of a TV, much easier on the eyes.
I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. She was thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss my options and was ultimately very patient-centered in her approach. I’ve recommended her to my JC friends!
Like everyone I’m totally dependent on my vision. Unfortunately, my prescription is very unique and often trivial to get right. I’ve gotten two lenses filled with them and both times I’ve had complications. The team worked tirelessly to troubleshoot the problems at hand and was always accommodating. The staff is also very collaborative and you could tell that they enjoy their craft. I track f this place to anyone.
This was my first visit as a new patient, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The doctor and entire staff were kind, attentive, and never made me feel rushed. The “old school” office vibe was refreshing, no apps or portals needed to access my results. A genuinely caring, patient-centered experience. Highly recommend!
