I was a new patient and had a lovely experience. All the staff members take pride in the office and are very friendly. I felt well cared for and that my doctor was taking the time to give me a thorough eye exam. I can tell she really wants the best for her patients. 10/10 recommend this clinic!
We have been seeing Dr. Tatjana Ratzenberger and her amazing team for over six years, and not only do we feel like family every time we visit, we also receive the BEST care. They are very thorough with their exams and take the time to listen without rushing us out the door. My husband has had some eye problems the past 2 years and they continue to monitor his condition and have helped him feel so much better when he was struggling. Was very impressed with the welcome feeling when walking in. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. My exam was very thorough and NOT rushed at all. Dr Tat explained changes in my prescription and shared food groups that help with eye health. I am so glad I chose Expert Eyes for my eye care.
Always a great experience at Expert Eyes. Dr. Ratzenberger is wonderful. She’s genuinely kind, caring and takes the time to explain and answer any questions. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. I highly recommend Expert Eyes.
Dr. Tatjana is absolutely amazing. She was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about making sure all my questions were answered. The entire office staff was friendly, welcoming, and organized. The office itself was clean and ran efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Tatijana and her team to anyone looking for top-quality eye care!
