They will always tighten your glasses or make adjustments if you bought them there, even if its been a couple years. The employees are all so friendly and helpful.

The rest of the staff were really nice! But that dr blazius dude was really rude. Whenever I took a little more time to answer his questions, he would yell at me. He also got mad at my mom for not understanding what was wrong with my eyes when he didn’t even explain it to her. He was not patient at all. I hope he realizes that he’s just a grumpy old man that should be worried about his time on earth left rather than yelling at patients. Not a great first experience there.

I had never been to an eye doctor, until Fraser Optical recently. I was impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of the doctor. It was quick and he explained the process as we went and told me what to expect when I get my glasses. He did multiple tests on different parts of my eyes and looked for current problems and possible future problems. Stuff like glaucoma and something that I never heard of like high blood pressure behind the eyes. I'm just saying that I would highly recommend Fraser Optical.

very professional, but very welcoming relaxing vibes, everyone there is very polite ....my family has been going to them for years my first time yesterday; don't have one complaint... Doc was great! and made me feel really comfortable and great personality!

Absolutely loved my doctor, he really made me feel comfortable as I was nervous. Received help picking out glasses that was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. A little pricey but what isn’t anymore.
