Everyone is super friendly and nice. All of my questions were patiently answered. I didn't feel rushed. I believe they care. I was grateful for the suggestions for the best way to save on my contact order. I went back in December, but am just getting the chance to do my review.
I really liked it here. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Everyone was nice and friendly. I felt like my exam was quick and thorough. I did have to wait a while for the doctor, but I was given a heads up about that. Glad I gave this place a try despite the review rating on Apple Maps.
They all are scammers. Do not go their store. I got my eye glasses from them and since day one it didn’t fit me and frame was keep falling. I went to their store 4-5 times so they can tighten up the frame but again the same issue. I called 3 times to them to complaint about this but their manager never called back. 4th time when their manager did call, I explained the situation but she asked me to pay the making charges and started argue and hung up. BIG TIME BUNCH OF SCAMMERS who only want money from you
Exquisite Eye Care is one of the best Optical I ever been to! Especially Dr. Nguyen, he was very patient and answered all my questions. The staff is also very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, 10/10 service.
10/10 service. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the opticians were so kind and patient with me. I definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
