Thanking the Lord for this exceptional clinic in Alexandria. I have gone to many eye doctors but none as thorough as those at this clinic. Dr. Anderson is excellent and has diagnosed issues that others have missed. Really appreciate the excellent care and knowledge of Dr. Anderson and his staff.

0 stars. Would not recommend. Multiple appointments dropped without any option to reschedule. The impression is clear that our business is NOT wanted. Update: action is only taken after posting a negative review! Notice of cancellation shows up 4/3/26 when my daughter is told she had "no appointment" on 3/27/26 even though she did have it scheduled. NEVER coming back.
My previous eye doctor merged with Eye Associates and now, to get an appointment, I go to a call center who says they can't get me in until September! He moves somewhere with more doctors and it takes 6 moths to get an appointment. That is ridiculous. I will be looking elsewhere for someone that has more personal service.
Disappointed that I didn’t get a letter or email that my daughter’s amazing O.D was retiring. Expect me to wait three months to schedule an appointment in Sept 2026 that would probably put us another 3/4 months out just doesn’t work for her constant eye prescription changes. Disappointed to put it kindly.
